1. Shipping Destinations & Coverage

• We deliver All Over Pakistan, covering all major cities, towns, and rural areas via our trusted third-party courier partners.

2. Delivery Timings

• Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi, etc.): Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days.

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: Delivery may take 4 to 7 business days.

• Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and national holidays.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification

• To ensure a smooth experience and prevent fraudulent orders, our team may contact you via Phone Call or WhatsApp to confirm your order details and delivery address.

• Your order will only be processed and shipped after successful verification. Unverified orders may be canceled automatically after 48 hours.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the parcel.

• Tip: Keep an eye out for our special promotions offering Free Shipping on specific order values!

5. Order Tracking

• Once your parcel is dispatched from our house, you will receive a tracking number via Email or SMS. You can use this number on our courier partner's website to track your shipment in real-time.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

• We take ultimate care in packaging your gadgets securely. However, if you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please take a quick unboxing video/photo and contact us immediately within 24 hours at gadgetshouse.biz@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue for you.
